The 2020 Winton Club donation is earmarked for the following fundraising projects for Winchester Hospital:

New Surgical Suite Renovations

Support renovations of one of the private pre-op and recovery rooms. The room is used as a waiting area before surgical procedures and as a post operative recovery area. This newly renovated room will enhance a patient’s experience at the Winchester Hospital.

A Caring Place

Continue financial support for A Caring Place, a boutique established by The Winton Club in 2005 and located at the Center for Cancer Care (620 Washington Street, Winchester), continues to provide products and personalized consultation
to patients undergoing cancer treatments. While yearly Winton Club donations support the purchase of products such as wigs and prostheses, most of our funding provides financial support to those patients whose insurance does not cover the costs of such purchases and services.

Wireless Fetal Monitor

The Novii Wireless Patch System is an intrapartum Maternal/Fetal monitor that non- invasively measures and displays fetal and maternal heart rates and uterine activity. The monitor system enables freedom of movement for the laboring patient and enables caregivers to provide state of the art medical care to their patients.
