Pam Donaldson -  Producer

Pam, a member of the Winton Club for 16 years, has served on just about every committee, including in the Winton Club Gift Shop on the main campus of

Winchester Hospital , on the Winton Club Board as treasurer, and in several other capacities, along with chairing many cabaret committees. Since her first year as a Winton Club member, Pam has participated in the Tambos, Drill Team and Winton Women performances of the annual show.

Pam concluded that these Winton Club and cabaret experiences, coupled with her

own family’s cabaret experiences in Milton, Cabaret Producer was the next logical step for her. She is honored to produce the cabaret in honor of her late mother.

                     

Leslie Woodies - Director, Choreographer, Master Teacher

Leslie is thrilled to be returning to direct her fifth Winton Cabaret, and is proud to work with such a generous and dedicated group of people to support the 

Winchester Hospital .

 Leslie Woodies is a former Soloist with the BOSTON BALLET COMPANY, under the direction of  Founder, E. Virginia Williams. She toured the 

U.S. and Europewith Dennis Wayne’s elite company of DANCERS, sponsored by Joanne Woodward, and was a Guest Artist with the NEW YORKDANCE THEATER at Lincoln Center in New York . Leslie had the honor of playing “Cassie” in the landmark, Pulitzer Prize winning, New York Shakespeare Festival Productions of A CHORUS LINE, directed by Michael Bennett. She covered Natalia Makarova, Kitty Carlisle and Dina Merrill in the Tony  Award winning Broadway Production of ON YOUR TOES directed by Mr. George Abbott. Played “Flo” in THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD with George Rose and Karen Morrow, and created the role of “Kathleen”, opposite  John Cullum in DRUMWRIGHT!.

TV and Film credits include: ‘George’s House’ for PBS; ‘The Kennedy Center Honors’ for CBS; the film ‘Echoes’, directed by Arthur Seidleman; Judy in ‘Jolly’, for Small and Large Productions; ‘A Chorus Line - the Movie’ directed by Sir Richard Attenborough; and – was a live-action representative for ‘Aladdin’ for Walt Disney Studios. Also, Ma Bender in THE BENDER CLAIM, currently in post production, co-starring with James Karen, Bruce Davison, Buck Taylor and Linda Purl.

Principal roles in: The ‘I LOVE 

NEW YORK ’ Industrials for United Airlines and Coca-Cola, in San Francisco ,   Los Angeles and Monte Carlo . Her own ‘Reach Out and Touch Someone’ TV commercial for AT&T/New England Telephone. Live, runway and print modeling, and voice-over work.

Listed in WHO’S WHO IN ENTERTAINMENT, Leslie has received DRAMA-LOGUE and ROBBY Awards for Best Choreography. Her work includes shows for:

Paramount , Lifetime, the Disney Channel, Walt Disney World, the Premiere of the California Music Theater, the opening of the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza , Industrials and Concert pieces. 

 

n addition to eleven years on the Faculty of the Dance Program at Harvard University, Office for the Arts, Leslie was honored to accept an appointment to Harvard University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, as Visiting Lecturer on Dramatic Arts, teaching the first credit course on ‘Dance in Musical Theater’, with Special Guests: Bebe Neuwirth and Donna McKechnie. She is a frequent Guest Lecturer at Harvard for Professor Carol Oja’s course “American Musicals and American Culture”, in the Department of  Music and History of American Civilization. A recipient of the George Dennett Distinguished Career Award from Needham High School, a two time recipient of the Outstanding Dance Faculty of the Year Award at the Boston Conservatory, and a Guest Presenter at the Emerson College EVVY Awards, Leslie has taught and coached for the Boston Ballet Company, and every branch of the Boston Ballet School and it’s summer programs, as well as being adjudicator for the national audition tours for the Summer Dance Program. She was the first Associate Artistic Director of Tony William’s UrbanNutcracker. Currently on the Faculty of the Boston Conservatory, and Marthavan McKeon’s South Shore Ballet Theatre. She recently restaged and directed ‘A Chorus Line’ for Robert Eagle’s Reagle Players, which received 7 BroadwayWorld.com Large Theater Musical Award Nominations, including Best Director, Best Musical and Best Ensemble.

Steven Bergman - Music Director

Steven is currently working on The Trial of Madeline Gee, a modern song-cycle based on the Medea story, and a new production of Jack the Ripper is being premiered in Boston this March!  Keyboards: Nunsense Jamboree (National tour with Georgia Engel, CD/DVD with Vicki Lawrence), national tours of Sunday in the Park with George, Dreamgirls, Guys and Dolls, and Les Miserables.    Theresa A. Melito - Choreographer

  Theresa A. Melito, M.Ed. is delighted to return to the Winton Club Cabaret 2015 as the choreographer. She choreographed the 2014 " Rock The House " and  “Dial M for Music” Winton Cabaret in 2007.  Theresa has a B.A. in Theatre Studies (cum laude) from Emerson College and an M.Ed. in School Counseling (cum laude) from Salem State University. Theresa has over 25 years of dance experience in various genres as both a performer and choreographer. She has trained professionally in Boston the area and in New York City. Theresa has expertise choreographing with children, adults and professionals of all ages. Recent credits include “Legally Blonde” and “Hair” at Arlington Friends of the Drama, “The Fantasticks” at Winchester Players and “Little Mermaid Jr.” for the Winchester Children’s Theatre. Her favorite roles include playing Carmen Diaz in “Fame” and Mavis Turner in “Stepping Out.” She has even appeared on the big screen in several featured films including “My Best Friends Girl,” “The Women,” as well as a Toyota Commercial and a Godsmack music video. She also teaches Zumba, private dance lessons, wedding choreography, and competition pieces. In her free time when she is not taking dance classes herself or working her day job she designs jewelry on Etsy through her shop " Bada-Bing, Buy a Bobble".  Much love to her mom and fiancé for their undying love and support.

 

 

Kirsten McKinney - Drill Choreographer 

Kirsten McKinney is an award-winning choreographer and has choreographed near 200 musicals in her career thus far. Kirsten has had vast experience with various educational institutions and company’s as a guest artist/lecturer. Some  include: Boston College, Harvard University, The Boston Conservatory, Emerson College, Brandeis University, Middlesex Community College, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Newton North High School, Newton South High School, Canton High School, Canton Middle School, and Brookline High School. Company’s and organizations include: SpeakEasy Stage Company (12 years), Sugan Theater Company, the Publick Theater, The Gay Mens Choir,  The Vincent Club and The Winton Club, among others. Kirsten is also being trained as a reconstructionist for the Anna Sokolow Foundation, and was a principle dancer for the Anna Sokolow Company, Sokolow Now!, for 9 years, under the direction of Lorry May.  Kirsten is celebrating her 20^thyear at The Walnut Hill School for the Arts, where she is a proud member of the Theater Faculty.
